The Draper Access V with Matt White XT1000VB surface is a motorized, ceiling-recessed tab-tensioned projection screen for commercial AV installations requiring full ceiling concealment and a versatile, high-performance viewing surface. The Matt White XT1000VB is Draper's standard reference white surface with a 1.0 gain—delivering accurate, neutral brightness across a wide viewing angle—making it the most broadly applicable surface in the Access V lineup. The plenum-rated, UL-Listed housing fits standard above-ceiling construction without additional enclosures.
Product Description
The Matt White XT1000VB surface delivers a 1.0 gain with wide-angle, spectrally neutral reflectivity for the widest range of projectors and environments in commercial AV. The Access V housing provides full ceiling recessing for complete screen concealment when retracted. Draper's case-now, screen-later installation method allows the housing to be installed during rough-in construction; the screen assembly snaps into preset latching roller brackets when the space is ready for AV commissioning.
The single-piece RF-welded tab-tensioning system maintains a consistently flat image plane. Tabs are warranted against separation for five years. The optional Quiet Motor reduces operational noise. The optional LVC-IV Low Voltage Controller enables dry-contact integration with Crestron, Extron, AMX, Control4, and other AV control platforms. Both options must be specified at time of order. Custom sizes and 220V motor are available.
