Product Overview

The Draper Access V with CineFlex White XT700V surface is a motorized, ceiling-recessed tab-tensioned projection screen designed for commercial AV installations requiring full ceiling concealment and a wide viewing cone. The CineFlex White XT700V surface delivers a 0.7 gain with a wider viewing angle than higher-gain alternatives—ideal for large multipurpose rooms, auditoriums, and training facilities where viewers are seated across a wide horizontal spread. This 21:9 Ultrawide format is optimized for ultra-widescreen projection setups requiring a native cinematic aspect ratio. The plenum-rated, UL-Listed housing fits standard above-ceiling construction without additional enclosures.

Product Description

Draper Access V Motorized Ceiling-Recessed 21:9 Ultrawide Projection Screen CineFlex White XT700V

The CineFlex White XT700V is Draper's wide-angle, low-gain viewing surface with a 0.7 gain—optimal for large meeting spaces and auditoriums where audiences are spread across a wide arc. The lower gain reduces hotspot brightness at center while maintaining consistent illumination for off-axis viewers. The 21:9 Ultrawide aspect ratio enables native cinemascope or ultra-widescreen content projection without letterboxing, supporting immersive visualization applications, simulation environments, and wide-format presentations.

The Access V housing provides full ceiling recessing for complete screen concealment when retracted. Draper's case-now, screen-later installation method allows the housing to be set during rough-in construction; the screen assembly snaps into preset latching brackets and pin connectors when the space is ready for AV commissioning. The single-piece RF-welded tab-tensioning system maintains a flat, uniform image plane across the full ultra-wide screen width, and tabs are warranted for five years against separation.

Key Features

  • CineFlex White XT700V Viewing Surface (0.7 Gain) — Wide viewing angle with uniform brightness across broad seating arrangements.
  • 21:9 Ultrawide Format — Native cinemascope ratio for ultra-widescreen content; eliminates letterboxing for immersive visualization and simulation.
  • Ceiling-Recessed, Full-Concealment Design — Screen fully hides in ceiling when retracted; bottom flange trims opening cleanly.
  • Tab-Tensioned, RF-Welded System — Flat, uniform image plane across the full ultra-wide width; tabs warranted 5 years.
  • Case-Now, Screen-Later Installation — Housing installs during rough-in; screen assembly snaps in later.
  • Plenum-Rated, UL-Listed Housing — Approved for environmental air-handling ceiling spaces.
