Product Overview
The ChamSys MagicQ MQ250M Stadium Console is a compact, portable lighting control console that delivers high-capacity show control in a small-frame chassis. This stadium lighting console drives 64 universes direct from the console, expandable to 128, with no additional processing equipment required. Built for concert and touring rigs, house of worship installations, and mobile production, it pairs motorised faders and RGB-illuminated playback encoders with the familiar MagicQ software. The MQ250M is a self-contained control surface suited to deployments where rack space and transport weight matter.
Product Description
The MQ250M Stadium combines the processing capacity of a large console with a portable footprint, making it a practical choice for touring crews and mobile AV system integration. All universes are output directly through the rear network ports over the industry-standard sACN, Art-Net, and Pathport protocols, so no external processing nodes are needed in the lighting network. The console provides 10 fully motorised fader playbacks and 10 playback encoders, with multiple banks accessible at the touch of a button for extensive programming real estate.

An inbuilt 15-inch HD multi-touch display is paired with a dedicated 5-inch attribute and encoder touch display, and a DisplayPort output supports an external monitor up to 1920x1200. Dual 100mm manual crossfaders with prominent GO and BACK buttons provide dedicated theatre control. Backlit keys and RGB-illuminated fader tracks and encoders let lighting designers visibly configure the console for each show. An inbuilt UPS makes the MQ250M a complete stand-alone solution, while inbuilt Wi-Fi connects the MagicQ Remote control app for floor-level operation.

Show files are fully compatible between the MQ250M, MQ500M, Stadium Connect, and all other ChamSys consoles, and are forward and backward compatible across software versions, simplifying crew transitions and equipment moves. Two dedicated high-power USB ports allow charging of phones and tablets at the console.
