Product Description
The 565SD provides excellent vocal and speech reproduction in public auditoriums, churches, convention halls, and schools, making it a long-standing choice for installed and portable AV sound. A cardioid pickup pattern rejects off-axis sound to control feedback near loudspeakers, and a highly effective built-in wind and pop filter keeps vocals clean during close use. The microphone ships wired for low-impedance operation and offers selectable dual-impedance operation, so integrators can match it to long balanced cable runs or high-impedance inputs as needed. A silent, lockable on/off switch gives presenters and operators reliable local control without switching noise, and the chrome-plated die-cast housing with steel-mesh grille withstands constant use. The three-pin XLR connector integrates directly with mixers, conferencing systems, and AV signal chains.
