Product Description
The MZH 3072 is the longest tube in the Sennheiser IS series gooseneck range, extending 70cm above the installation surface to accommodate standing presenters at podiums, elevated lecterns, or other installations where the speaker's mouth is significantly higher above the surface mounting point than would be covered by the standard 40cm or extended 60cm MZH tubes. At 70cm, the dual-flex design is critical — two independently flexible segments allow the capsule to be precisely aimed despite the considerable height and the potential for leverage-induced drift that a single-flex tube of this length would experience. The MZH 3072 accepts ME 34, ME 35, and ME 36 capsule heads at the top and interfaces with the standard IS series MZT 30 flange and MZS 31 shockmount mounting hardware at the base. This tube is available for AV integrators building custom installations requiring the maximum gooseneck height in the Sennheiser IS series.
