This NewTek 4-Hour Professional Services Plan is a block purchase of four hours of professional services related to your NewTek product. These services include product training, commissioning, workflow design and commissioning, installation oversight, interface customization, system automation, and solution support.
The support plan expires after 18 months, and a three-week notice is required to arrange for the service. Please note that the service plan does not cover travel or travel-related expenses.
