Creation Networks was founded in 2006 by Eric Benson with a simple mission: deliver premium audiovisual solutions with exceptional service and zero corporate complexity. What began as a small regional integrator in Northern California has grown into a trusted nationwide AV partner — while staying true to our roots as an agile, SBA-certified small business.

Key Milestones

2006 Founded in Northern California with a focus on Crestron and Extron integration for corporate clients.
2010 Expanded into education and higher-ed AV, completing our first 500-room campus installations.
2015 Achieved Crestron, QSC, and Shure Gold/Platinum partnerships and began nationwide installations.
2020 Rapidly pivoted to hybrid meeting solutions, supporting thousands of organizations during the pandemic.

With more than 25 years in telecommunications and AV systems, Eric leads Creation Networks with a strong technical-first mindset. He began his career at Pacific Bell Network Integration and has personally overseen hundreds of complex AV deployments across corporate, education, and government sectors. Eric remains actively involved in system design reviews and strategic direction.
