The JBL PD743i-215 is a high-output, dual 15-inch, 3-way horn-loaded loudspeaker engineered for professional sound reinforcement in demanding environments. Leveraging JBL’s Precision Directivity™ technology, this full-range speaker delivers exceptional audio performance at distances and SPL levels that single-driver systems cannot achieve. Each module produces over 104 dB SPL continuously at distances of 50 meters (165 ft), making it ideal for both clustered arrays and distributed installations.

This professional loudspeaker combines dual 15-inch low-frequency Differential Drive® woofers, dual 8-inch CMCD-82H midrange drivers, and dual 2432H high-frequency compression drivers to provide deep, articulate bass, rich midrange, and crystal-clear highs. The IFS™ (Interference Free Summation) dual HF driver module eliminates destructive interference, increasing output by 6 dB for consistent, powerful sound. Pattern control is maintained below 400 Hz, ensuring uniform coverage throughout the listening area.

The co-axial mid/high-frequency layout enhances arrayability while minimizing cabinet size, and the integrated rigging system with 52 suspension points simplifies installation. Constructed with durable birch plywood and available in WRC/WRX versions for extreme weather conditions, the PD743i-215 is designed to withstand rigorous touring or permanent installation environments. Bi-amp operation is standard, with an optional tri-amp configuration available.
