The ViewSonic TD-EE-24-03 provides a 3-year express exchange warranty for 24" ViewSonic TD series touch display monitors. Under an express exchange plan, when a covered hardware failure occurs, ViewSonic ships a replacement unit to you before requiring return of the defective unit, minimizing productivity downtime. Coverage includes years 1 through 3 of ownership.

To initiate an express exchange claim, contact ViewSonic Technical Support at support.viewsonic.com or 1-888-881-8781 with your monitor serial number, proof of purchase, and plan SKU TD-EE-24-03. A replacement unit will be shipped; the defective unit must be returned within the timeframe specified by ViewSonic.
