What is the difference between IFP-WG (White-Glove) and IFP-EW (standard on-site)?
The IFP-WG White-Glove plan adds professional unmounting and remounting to standard on-site repair service. With IFP-EW, the technician repairs the panel in place; with IFP-WG, they also handle full panel removal and reinstallation.
Is the 8-foot height limit for the installed panel or the ceiling?
The 8-foot limit applies to the bottom of the installed display. Installations where the panel bottom is higher than 8 feet are outside the White-Glove service scope.
Does this plan run during the standard factory warranty period?
Yes. The IFP-WG-55-03 covers Years 1 through 3, overlapping with the standard ViewSonic factory warranty to upgrade service to White-Glove level from day one.
Do I also need an IFP-EW plan for Years 4 and beyond?
