This NewTek 10-Hour Professional Services Plan is a block purchase of ten hours of professional services related to your NewTek product. These services include product training, commissioning, workflow design and commissioning, installation oversight, interface customization, system automation, and solution support.

The support plan expires after 18 months, and a three-week notice is required to arrange for the service. Please note that the service plan does not cover travel or travel-related expenses.


Note: Temporary Covid-19 Policy: All on-site Professional Services Plans and Training purchased will be conducted remotely. Travel Days and Travel and Expenses are not required with training purchases during this time. On-Site Training will return when the situation permits.
