The S-5100-5 is a software-only deployment — Mersive Solstice SGE runs on a Windows PC or mini PC that you supply, turning that machine into a wireless display endpoint for your meeting space. There is no Pod hardware included in this purchase. This approach lets you choose hardware that meets your room's form factor, budget, and IT requirements independently of the software license.

SGE stands for Small Group Edition, which limits simultaneous display connections to 4 users. For rooms where no more than 4 participants typically need to share content at once — huddle rooms, small breakout rooms, and compact conference rooms — the SGE license is the right-sized and cost-appropriate choice. Solstice Unlimited is available for larger-capacity rooms, but SGE delivers meaningfully lower per-room cost when the 4-user cap matches actual usage patterns.

The standard SGE license provides the core Solstice wireless presentation feature set: multi-user BYOD content sharing, Solstice Conference video conferencing passthrough, digital signage mode, room calendar integration, and Solstice Cloud management.
