The Cambridge Sound DS1357W (part number 911.0713.900) is a white Dynasound networked loudspeaker for sound masking systems. It installs quickly into open structure architecture and above suspended ceilings. The DS1357 replaces the earlier DS1356 model in the Dynasound speaker line.
Product Description
The DS1357 contains a 5.25-inch diameter speaker mounted on axis inside a compact enclosure with a convoluted, flame-retardant acoustical insert that reduces standing waves and metallic resonance. Its 8-ohm design pairs with Dynasound DS8000 network sound masking processors, which drive speakers directly over the networked architecture. Four-point suspension speeds installation and leveling in open structure facilities and ceiling plenums. When suspended, the assembly presents a clean appearance with no exposed controls or wiring from below. Uniform dispersion makes it suitable for sound masking, paging, and music signals from the same enclosure. Pair it with DS8000 processors and plenum cabling from the Cambridge Sound collection at Creation Networks.
