Included are two MXA920-S ceiling array microphones (square, 24-inch, white finish), which capture speech from up to eight configurable lobes. They support Automatic Coverage™ mode for hands-off operation and Steerable Coverage™ when precise mic targeting is required. These microphones are ideal for accurately capturing voices across a wide room without the need for multiple point mics.

To distribute audio, the bundle includes four MXN5W-C networked ceiling speakers with tile bridges, which integrate into drop ceilings. These speakers are powered and fed via a Dante network, ensuring audio synchronization, ease of routing, and minimal cabling complexity. Their design focuses on speech intelligibility and even sound distribution throughout the space.

At the core of the bundle is the Shure IntelliMix P300-IMX processor, which ties everything together. It handles DSP tasks like echo cancellation, automatic gain control, noise reduction, mixing, and routing. It also provides multiple input types (analog, USB, Dante) to connect various sources — conferencing PC, local mics, etc. It's designed to be rack mountable or standalone, enabling flexible placement in AV racks or cabinets.

 Automatic Coverage™ technology requires no setup yet gives you precise control of audio capture if desired. With next-generation array architecture for enhanced directional pickup and more natural speech, the MXA920 ceiling array microphone is easy to use and quick to deploy for AV conferencing, camera tracking, voice lift, or sound reinforcement.

Out of the box, MXA920 covers up to a 30 by 30 foot seating area with no setup at all

To capture talkers only in specific locations, drag and drop up to 8 adjustable coverage areas using the built-in web interface

Capture simultaneous talkers in different areas at the same time

You can also turn Automatic Coverage technology off and use Steerable CoverageTM technology to place 8 pickup lobes with 8 individual audio outputs, plus an automix – just like an MXA910

Deployed and controlled via software, this networked loudspeaker does not require a separate amplifier or outboard DSP. Integrates seamlessly with Shure’s ecosystem of networked hardware and software for a complete audio solution.
