Your Logitech GROUP System base unit provides a 20 ft voice pickup diameter, 10 ft from each side. This set of 2 Expansion Microphones from Logitech can be used to give you an additional 4 ft from each side, for a total pickup diameter of 28 ft, which will allow you to use bigger rooms and have larger groups.
Each mic has a 4 ft cable, which is how it gives you that extra distance. Plug both into the base unit and place them on opposite sides of the conference table. They work plug-and-play, so no setup required.
Each mic features a mute button that also has an indicator LED light integrated into it that confirms when the mic is muted, when a call is active, and when Bluetooth pairing has begun.
