Vizrt's standard TriCaster Vizion hardware warranty runs 36 months from the ship date, so this extension adds coverage through year five. It is the warranty extension for the 8 SDI configuration specifically.

How does the Vizrt VIZION1VBWTY warranty work?

The extension continues Vizrt's hardware warranty on the covered 8 SDI TriCaster Vizion beyond the standard 36 months, to five years total. Hardware claims follow Vizrt's warranty, repairs and returns process; software updates and technical support remain part of ProTek plans, so most owners pair this with ProTek Standard or Professional.

It applies to the Vizion Tower with 8 SDI I/O and Vizion 1RU with 8 SDI I/O.
