vizrt-vizion0vbwty-extends-the-hardware-hw-warranty-for
Vizrt VIZION0VBWTY – TriCaster Vizion Extended Hardware Warranty to 5 Years

What is the Vizrt VIZION0VBWTY extended warranty?

Vizrt VIZION0VBWTY extends the hardware warranty on a TriCaster Vizion Tower or Rack system to a total of five years. Vizrt's standard TriCaster Vizion hardware warranty runs 36 months from the ship date, so this extension adds coverage through year five. The part number indicates the base (0 SDI I/O) configuration; separate SKUs cover the 8 SDI and 16 SDI models, so contact us to confirm the right SKU for your serial number.

How does the Vizrt VIZION0VBWTY warranty work?

The extension continues Vizrt's hardware warranty on the covered TriCaster Vizion beyond the standard 36 months, to five years in total. Hardware claims are handled through Vizrt's warranty, repairs and returns process, while software updates and technical support remain part of ProTek support plans. Pairing the extended warranty with ProTek Standard or Professional gives both hardware and support coverage for the life of a typical production room.

It applies to TriCaster Vizion systems such as the Vizion Tower with 0 SDI I/O and Vizion 1RU with 0 SDI I/O.
