It is the larger sibling of the 4-hour plan and suits a full day of commissioning, configuration or operator training. Organisations use it to have Vizrt engineers validate a deployment or train staff on TriCaster, NRS and other Vizrt systems.

How does the Vizrt PSP-8Hour work?

A Professional Services Plan is purchased as a block of hours and scheduled with Vizrt for the work your project needs. Eight hours is a practical size for commissioning a production system, reviewing an NDI workflow, or running an operator training session for a new team.

The Vizrt part description notes a minimum condition on use, so scope, scheduling lead time, validity period and whether on-site travel is billed separately should be confirmed with Creation Networks before purchase.
