It is built for teams that want a software-defined TriCaster without sourcing and tuning their own PC. The package pairs Intel i7, 32 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD hardware with Mini S, a year of Viz Flowics Go graphics and a year of Vizrt standard support, ready for NDI streaming and live events out of the box.

How does the Vizrt JBA-TCMINIS-DSKTPS work?

TriCaster Mini S is Vizrt's first software-only TriCaster, and Vizrt maintains a list of certified devices tested to run it during critical production moments; the JB&A Dell 3280 platform is on that list. In this SKU the software arrives installed and configured, so the system is ready to switch once it is connected to cameras and the network. Vizrt describes Mini S as NDI-native with 4Kp60 capability, 8 live inputs, 2 DDR media players, 4 M/Es and vertical sessions built in. TriCaster Graphics powered by the Viz Flowics Go plan is included as standard, giving operators browser-based HTML5 titles, lower thirds and data-driven graphics. Because this version uses a subscription license, software updates and Vizrt support stay current for the subscription term, and the license is renewed annually. Add NDI cameras such as the Vizrt PTZ3 UHD and a TriCaster Mini Control Surface, and Creation Networks can deliver the whole room as one commissioned system.

What are the key features of the Vizrt JBA-TCMINIS-DSKTPS?

Software preloaded — TriCaster Mini S is installed and configured for out-of-box use, shortening deployment time.

Subscription license — Lower up-front cost with software updates and support tied to the active term.

Viz Flowics Go included — One year of TriCaster Graphics powered by Viz Flowics Go for HTML5 on-air graphics.

One year of standard support — Vizrt support is included with the Mini S license.

Vizrt-certified hardware — JB&A Dell 3280 platform from Vizrt's certified Mini S hardware list.

4Kp60 NDI production — 8 live inputs, 2 DDR players and 4 M/Es for streaming and events.

Where is the Vizrt JBA-TCMINIS-DSKTPS typically used?

Corporate town halls and all-hands rooms

Training rooms and higher-education production

House of worship streaming

Podcast and small broadcast studios

Government meeting streaming

Technical Specifications

<colgroup>
<col style="width:42%">
<col style="width:58%">
</colgroup>

Model

JBA-TCMINIS-DSKTPS

Platform

JB&A, Dell 3280 (Vizrt certified)

Processor

Intel i7

Memory

32 GB RAM

OS drive

512 GB SSD

Software

TriCaster Mini S, subscription license, preloaded

Graphics

Viz Flowics Go, 1 year

Support

1 year Vizrt standard support

Live inputs

8

M/Es

4

Max resolution

4Kp60

Frequently Asked Questions

How is DSKTPS different from DSKTPS-P?

DSKTPS uses a subscription Mini S license with one year of Viz Flowics Go.
