This Samsung LED installation jig gives commercial AV integrators a repeatable reference for achieving accurate cabinet alignment on a concave surface. It is a dedicated install accessory for the MPF series, not a display. Use it together with the matching MPF curved frame kit and LED cabinets to complete a curved direct-view LED deployment.

Product Description

Building a curved direct-view LED wall demands precise, consistent cabinet placement, because even small misalignments are visible as seams or brightness variation across the array. The Samsung MPF curved jig provides a mechanical guide that holds each cabinet at the correct angle and position during mounting, which speeds up installation and improves the final image uniformity. It is engineered specifically for The Wall MPF series, whose consolidated one-frame cabinet structure is designed to simplify installation and support front-serviceable maintenance. For integrators, the jig reduces the labor and rework typically associated with curved LED commissioning. The jig is intended for fixed, permanent installations such as corporate offices, lobbies, and command centers where The Wall MPF serves as a central visual element. Because this is an installation accessory, the LED cabinets, the curved frame kit, and any required S-Box controller are ordered separately. Specify the jig alongside the matching MPF curved frame kit to ensure a coordinated installation workflow.
