It adds heavy-duty switching to nearly any control signal in commercial AV systems.

How does it work?

The relay closes when a control signal is applied and releases when it is removed. It can be activated from a 5 V input (3.5 to 12 Vdc), a 24 V input (12 to 35 Vdc) or a SLAVE terminal pulled to ground by a switch or open-collector output. RDL switching STICK-ON modules have open-collector outputs suited to driving it. The dry DPDT contacts are suited to switching many 8 Ω, 70.7 V or 100 V speaker lines, and an LED indicates relay activation.
