It pairs an LED alarm indicator with a front-panel reset button for equipment monitoring in AV and control systems.

How does it work?

The D-BZR has TRIP and RESET control inputs that activate when pulled to ground, so it can be triggered by a switch or open-collector output. The audible alert sounds at approximately 4 kHz, at 85 dB SPL at 10 cm on the loud setting or 75 dB SPL on the soft setting. It can run in momentary or latching operation and supports remote reset as well as the front-panel reset button. Power requirement is 24 Vdc or ac at 10 mA; power it from a 24 Vdc supply such as the RDL PS-24AX power supply.
