crestron-cbi2-btnb-t-blank
Crestron CBI2-BTNB-T BLANK – Large Button Cap 2-Pack for Cameo International Keypad, Black Textured

Product Overview

The Crestron CBI2-BTNB-T BLANK is a set of two large backlit engravable button caps in Black Textured finish, sold without engraving, for the Crestron Cameo International keypad series. The Cameo International (CBI) button caps are specific to the international keypad form factor and are not interchangeable with standard Cameo CB series caps. The Black Textured finish provides a low-gloss, fingerprint-resistant surface suited for modern and commercial interior installations.

Product Description

The Cameo International keypads are designed for installation in non-North American markets using international back box standards, and the CBI button cap series is dimensionally matched to this platform. Large button caps (CBI2) occupy the largest button format position on the Cameo International keypad and are typically used for primary scene, source, or power control assignments where a prominent, easy-to-identify button is needed. Black Textured is a widely specified finish for commercial environments where dark hardware palettes and low-maintenance button surfaces are required. The BLANK variant ships without any engraving, allowing the installer to use locally sourced engraving services or leave the buttons unlabeled. For pre-engraved versions, the CBI2-BTNB-T ENGRAVED variant is available from Creation Networks.

Key Features

Set of 2 large backlit engravable button caps for Cameo International keypads

Black Textured finish for low-gloss, fingerprint-resistant surface

Blank (no engraving) — suitable for field engraving or unlabeled installation

Backlit construction for visibility in low-light conditions

CBI series caps specific to Cameo International keypad form factor

Not interchangeable with standard Cameo (CB) series button caps

Typical Applications

Cameo International keypad installations in commercial and institutional environments outside North America

Primary scene, source, or power control buttons on Cameo International keypads

Replacement blank button caps for Black Textured Cameo International installations

International hospitality and corporate AV projects requiring Crestron Cameo International keypads

Technical Specifications

Model: CBI2-BTNB-T BLANK

Button Format: Large, Cameo International (CBI2)

Finish: Black Textured

Quantity: 2 button caps

Engraving: None (blank)

Backlit: Yes

Compatible Keypads: Crestron Cameo International series

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are CBI button caps interchangeable with standard Cameo CB button caps?
A: No. The Cameo International (CBI) button caps are dimensionally specific to the Cameo International keypad platform and will not fit standard Cameo keypads designed for North American back boxes.
