The 4K3X designation refers to the 30,000-lumen-class Griffyn models, such as the current Griffyn 4K35-RGB and the earlier Griffyn 4K32-RGB; confirm your model and serial number with us before ordering. Christie ships 3DLP RGB pure laser projectors with a 3-year standard limited warranty, and this plan continues manufacturer coverage beyond it. It is a non-physical service product, registered against your projector's serial number.

How does the Christie 007-000446-01 extended warranty work?

The plan begins where the standard limited warranty ends and carries Christie coverage through year five. Griffyn 30K-class projectors are typically deployed in theme parks, sports venues, planetariums and rental fleets where a failed unit can stop a show, so predictable repair costs matter. Christie notes that extended warranties typically cost around three to eight percent of the product's original price per year, while a single major repair such as a light engine replacement can exceed several years of coverage. The program focuses on priority service, fast-tracked parts and expedited repairs, backed by Christie technical support 24/7, 365 days a year. Creation Networks quotes and registers the plan, and our service team coordinates claims, on-site diagnostics and re-alignment of blended projector arrays. For long-life installs, follow it with the Enhanced years 6-10 plan.
