christie-007-000248-01-imgproc-sprt1
Christie 007-000248-01 – Image Processing Support Service, SPRT1

What is the Christie 007-000248-01 image processing support?

The Christie 007-000248-01, listed by Christie as "IMGPROC SPRT1", is the first and smallest package in Christie's four-step image processing support series (SPRT1 to SPRT4). It purchases Christie support for the image processing side of a Christie display system, where multi-window processors, media servers and video wall processors sit between sources and screens. SPRT1 suits a single system or a contained support need.

How does the Christie 007-000248-01 work?

Christie's image processing portfolio covers multi-screen windowing processors such as the Spyder family, Pandoras Box media servers and video wall processing, and Christie Professional Services supports these systems with certified engineers. The SPRT series lets a project buy that support in fixed sizes: SPRT1 is the entry level, and SPRT2, SPRT3 and SPRT4 step up in scope and price. The exact deliverables, including how much engineering time is included and whether it is remote or onsite, are defined by Christie at quote.

Image processing is often where large display systems are most complex: EDID and signal format management, window layouts and presets, latency budgets, and integration with control systems. A support package puts Christie's processing specialists on the project to configure, review or troubleshoot that layer. Creation Networks scopes the requirement with Christie, matches it to the right SPRT level, and coordinates the work with the rest of the system, from the Christie Terra transmitter signal path to the processor and display.

What are the key features of the Christie 007-000248-01?

Entry support level — SPRT1 is the smallest package in Christie's image processing support series.

Christie processing specialists — Support comes from Christie's own team.

Defined at quote — Christie confirms scope, time and delivery method before purchase.

Scales up — SPRT2 to SPRT4 cover progressively larger requirements.

System-level focus — Addresses the processing layer between sources and displays.

Where is the Christie 007-000248-01 typically used?

Government space and control rooms

Broadcast studio

Auditorium and large-venue projection

Boardroom LED and LCD video walls

House of worship

Technical Specifications

<colgroup>
<col style="width:42%">
<col style="width:58%">
</colgroup>

Part number

007-000248-01

Christie description

IMGPROC SPRT1

Service

Image processing support

Level

1 of 4

Frequently Asked Questions

What does SPRT1 include?

Christie defines the scope, time and delivery method at quote.
