It buys a larger block of Christie support for the image processing layer of a display system, aimed at multi-screen installations and show systems where processors, media servers and displays have to work together precisely.

How does the Christie 007-000204-01 work?

Christie's image processing portfolio includes multi-screen windowing processors such as the Spyder family, Pandoras Box media servers and video wall processing, and Christie Professional Services supports these systems with certified engineers. The SPRT series packages that support in fixed sizes, and SPRT3 sits above SPRT1 and SPRT2 in scope and price. Christie defines the exact deliverables at quote, including how much engineering time is included and whether work is remote or onsite.

SPRT3-sized work usually involves several displays or surfaces driven together: blended projection fed by media servers, LED walls with complex window layouts, or broadcast and live-event systems where latency and switching behavior must be verified end to end. Creation Networks scopes the requirement with Christie, matches it to the right SPRT level, and coordinates the work with the rest of the system, from the Pandoras Box Compact Player or server to the projectors and LED walls it drives.

What are the key features of the Christie 007-000204-01?

Third support level — SPRT3 provides more scope than SPRT1 and SPRT2.

Christie processing specialists — Support comes from Christie's own team.

Defined at quote — Christie confirms scope, time and delivery method before purchase.

Fits multi-screen systems — Suits blended projection, LED walls and show control.

System-level focus — Addresses the processing layer between sources and displays.

Where is the Christie 007-000204-01 typically used?

Broadcast studio

Auditorium and large-venue projection

Government space and control rooms

House of worship

Multi-purpose room and event spaces

Technical Specifications

<colgroup>
<col style="width:42%">
<col style="width:58%">
</colgroup>

Part number

007-000204-01

Christie description

IMGPROC SPRT3

Service

Image processing support

Level

3 of 4

Frequently Asked Questions

What does SPRT3 include?

Christie defines the scope, time and delivery method at quote.
