Audio-Technica AT889CW Moisture-resistant headworn condenser microp...
Product Overview
The Audio-Technica AT889cW is a moisture-resistant, noise-cancelling condenser headworn microphone built for aerobics instruction, fitness, and other demanding high-movement applications. A 55 in (1.4 m) permanently attached miniature cable terminates in a locking 4-pin connector for Audio-Technica cW-style UniPak body-pack transmitters. The rugged construction holds up to perspiration and continuous motion during active presentation. It ships with a windscreen and cable clip for everyday classroom and studio use.
Product Description
The AT889cW headworn condenser microphone is engineered to keep speech intelligible in loud, active rooms. Its noise-cancelling element rejects ambient sound so an instructor's voice cuts through music and crowd noise without excessive gain. The moisture-resistant build withstands the perspiration common to fitness instruction and group exercise. The lightweight headworn frame stays secure during vigorous movement, freeing the presenter to move hands-free.
The permanently attached 1.4 m cable routes neatly to the body-pack and ends in a locking 4-pin connector matched to Audio-Technica cW-style UniPak transmitters. This direct compatibility simplifies integration into existing Audio-Technica wireless systems for fitness studios, houses of worship, and presentation venues. The included windscreen reduces breath and wind noise, while the cable clip secures the run against the body. For integrators standardizing on a single platform, the AT889cW is a dependable aerobics instructor microphone for daily use. Browse related Audio-Technica headworn microphones at Creation Networks.
