allen-heath-ah-onsite-ultra-rush-allen-heath-avantis-onsite-installation
Allen & Heath AH-ONSITE-ULTRA-RUSH – Avantis RackUltra FX Onsite Installation, Rush

What is the Allen & Heath AH-ONSITE-ULTRA-RUSH?

The Allen & Heath AH-ONSITE-ULTRA-RUSH is a rush-scheduled onsite installation service for fitting the RackUltra FX module into an existing Avantis or Avantis Solo console. Allen & Heath requires the RackUltra FX module to be installed and tested by an Authorised Service Centre, and this service brings that installation to your venue on an expedited schedule. It is intended for venues, houses of worship and rental companies that need the Avantis RackUltra FX upgrade completed quickly without shipping the console away.

How does the Allen & Heath AH-ONSITE-ULTRA-RUSH work?

The service is ordered alongside the Avantis RackUltra FX upgrade package. An authorised technician attends site, opens the console, installs the RackUltra FX module, then tests the console before handing it back. Allen & Heath states the installation must be done by an Authorised Service Centre to avoid damage to internal components, so this is not a user-fit upgrade.

Once installed, the console gains the RackUltra FX collection, which includes reverb designers, vocal processing, harmonisers, distortion and saturation effects. The rush option prioritises scheduling over the standard service; the exact visit date is confirmed with you at booking. Creation Networks coordinates the visit and can update firmware and verify the show file during the same appointment.

What are the key features of the Allen & Heath AH-ONSITE-ULTRA-RUSH?

Expedited scheduling — prioritised over the standard onsite installation service.

Authorised installation — meets Allen & Heath's requirement for service-centre fitting and testing.

Onsite delivery — the console stays at your venue instead of being shipped for service.

Avantis and Avantis Solo — covers both console formats.

Tested on completion — the console is checked after the module is fitted.

Where is the Allen & Heath AH-ONSITE-ULTRA-RUSH typically used?

House of worship

Auditorium

Multi-purpose room

Broadcast studio

Technical Specifications

<colgroup>
<col style="width:40%">
<col style="width:60%">
</colgroup>

Service type

Onsite installation, rush scheduling

Applies to

Avantis and Avantis Solo consoles

Installs

RackUltra FX module (upgrade package sold separately)

Shipping

Non-physical service; nothing ships

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I install the RackUltra FX module myself?

No. Allen & Heath states the module must be installed by a qualified professional at an Authorised Service Centre.

Which consoles does this cover?

Any existing Avantis or Avantis Solo console.

Is the upgrade module included?

No. This is the installation labor only; order the Avantis RackUltra FX upgrade package separately.

What is the difference between rush and standard?

Rush is scheduled with priority.
