It is designed to protect the console during transport and storage for touring engineers, rental companies, mobile churches and AV teams that move the mixer between venues.

What does the Allen & Heath AH-FC-AVANTIS-SOLO-GOMC do?

A dedicated road case keeps the Avantis Solo's touchscreen, faders and rear-panel connectors protected from impact, dust and handling damage while loading in and out. The no-doghouse version omits the rear cable housing found on doghouse-style cases, giving a simpler case for users who disconnect cabling at the console between shows. Allen & Heath publishes Avantis Solo weights and dimensions for case manufacturers; the console measures 546 x 627 x 269 mm (W x D x H) in the Ultra datasheet.
